Bitumina GmbH - Bulgaria EOOD is a company with established leadership positions in the construction and maintenance of infrastructure objects. It is a preferred partner for important public projects due to its proven professionalism and precision. 

Due to the expansion of our portfolio of activities and our active involvement in residential construction, as well as the maintenance and servicing of complete complexes, it is essential to establish two subsidiary companies. These subsidiaries will handle some of the responsibilities associated with these tasks. 

"Bitumina Management" EOOD is a Bulgarian investment company, established in 2021, with the main subject of activity investments in construction and real estate management.

"Bitumina Assist" EOOD is a company founded in 2022 that is profiled in internal, external, and sanitary maintenance of closed complexes.
