The renovated section is located on "Valnolomna" street, near the port of Varna-East. The harbor is protected from the east by a breakwater, on the inner side of which is located the Marine Station. In its final form, it was built in 1968. Varna Sea Station serves both cargo ships and cruise and liner passenger ships. The facility has 2 berths for cruise ships and a small marina.
