The largest and most significant project in the residential construction sector for the company is the Teatralna Park Residence. The expected completion date is 2026, and intensive work on the project is currently underway. The complex is ideally located in Sofia, near Zaimov Park. It will feature an internal park, landscaped communal areas, and terraces for relaxation and entertainment. To enhance the convenience of residents in this luxurious gated complex, a supermarket, café, shops, gym, and more are planned for construction. The total built-up area of the project is 70,723.58 m².
